Announcing
DocWorks Version 4 Newest and Greatest Features:
This version
is a revolution in sophisticated yet simple process automation,
data connectivity, data mining, and performance.
Now DocWorks
can rapidly be adapted to automate the workplace in ways that impact
any organization.
Full
Text Search (FTS) - will allow you to search
through mountains of documents and find any word contained on the
document. The documents are retrieved in order of relevance so that
you will never again waste time searching for the documents you
need.
DocMerge
- is a feature that will eliminate 90% of the data entry process
required for cataloging documents that have been scanned from paper.
Send DocWorks the information that youve already entered
into your back office system and DocMerge will do the rest. DocMerge
will match the documents to the data you provide saving a duplicate
data entry process that is both time consuming and costly.
DocUpdate
- will allow your organization to send individual or batch updates
to DocWorks without having to manually update records. One
example is regarding the AP process where an invoice from the vendor
is matched with a check that is cut after the document is entered
in DocWorks. This allows your group to quickly add a check
number, paid amount and move invoice documents from pending to paid
without lifting a hand to do it. Just send us the information from
your accounting software and DocUpdate will do the rest.
DocFlow
Reminders
- are unique to DocWorks™ and have endless application in
the workplace. From notification of past due invoices to contracts
that are nearing the end of their term, DocWorks™ workflow
reminders can prompt the appropriate person in your business via
email that the document requires attention. All that person needs
to do is log into DocWorks™ and the document will be in their
inbox waiting for them to take the appropriate action.
Fixed
DocFlow - is a method of enforcing the sequential
due diligence process that you follow today in your office. The
user receives a document in their inbox so that they can perform
the appropriate work task. When they receive it, they are limited
to sending it back to its point of origin (reject) or sending it
on to the next step (approve). For example, this feature can be
used in an order entry process that requires manager approval. In
this case the sales person submits an order for their manager to
approve; the manager can reject the order back to the sales person
and note the required changes or approve the order and move it forward
for fulfillment.
As you can
see, DocWorks has matured into one of the most useful tools
available for your office today. Please contact NSC to get a personal
walkthrough of these exciting new features.
