An in-house content management solution required an expensive hardware and software infrastructure and an IT resource at a minimum before your organization will begin utilizing the system: let alone realizing any ROI.

The primary resource drain in the content management process is converting the paper to an electronic representation. With an in-house system this problem requires labor resources. With DocWorks you can reallocate the budget that would have been spent on resources can be reallocated to outsourcing the conversion of stored and new paper that you manually manage now.
